Each member of the team has experience implementing development plans that strengthen neighborhoods and support residents. All team members’ resident forward approach to development, coupled with team’s experience executing on similar PACT projects such as Triborough Preservation, Cross Bronx Preservation (Baychester and Murphy Houses), and Stanley Avenue Preservation (Linden Houses and Penn- Wortman Houses), will result in the successful conversion and rehabilitation of Campos Plaza II.
L+M Development Partners (L+M) is responsible for the successful NYCHA PACT conversions of over 3,500 units throughout Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn and has set a standard for excellence in physical rehabilitation and resident and community engagement for the PACT program. BFC Partners is a leading partner for NYCHA Development Projects. They have both local experience on the Lower East Side/East Village and more across the City. BFC recently completed Stonewall House, located at the Ingersol Houses campus in Brooklyn. The project is NYC’s first senior living environment that promotes diversity and safety for LGBTQ+ elders. The project is a 17-story building with 145 units and a 7,500 square foot senior center. Building amenities include tenant storage and bike storage, a lounge, reading/card room, and laundry facility and a common outdoor roof deck. A full range of social, health and wellness, and culture and arts activities, including technology access and training are offered through the onsite Senior Center. Through these projects, BFC has created a seamless partnership with NYCHA and stakeholders and developed a deep understanding of the project process.
