The Campos Plaza II PACT Partners team is proud to present its proposal and vision for Campos Plaza II.

The Campos Plaza II PACT Partners team is comprised of highly qualified and experienced NYC-based affordable housing developers including BFC Partners, L+M Development Partners, and Type A Projects. BFC and L+M are part of the team that completed renovations at Campos Plaza I in 2015 and remains part of the ownership structure.

The team brings extensive experience in tenant-in-place rehabilitation and a focus on improving quality of life for residents through a service-oriented approach to management and construction.

We are an experienced team with a demonstrated track record working together at Campos Plaza I and other NYCHA PACT properties, and we bring a creative approach to planning and execution.

Transformative, Modern Renovations (Inside and Out):

Stylish Interiors: Experience a new level of design excellence with our transformative interior renovations. Each residence will feature modern kitchens, elegant bathrooms, and premium flooring, all designed with your health and comfort in mind. Lobbies and hallways will be re-designed to improve circulation, ventilation, lighting, and security measures while transforming these areas into bright, welcoming, and safe spaces.

Revitalized Community Spaces: Common areas and building systems are getting a major upgrade, breathing new life into every corner of Campos Plaza II.

Building System Upgrades: Heating and cooling systems will be revamped to provide comfort, control and efficiency to residents.

Revitalized Facade: Building facades will be re-designed to both create a more visually dynamic, aesthetically pleasing exterior and to restore existing brickwork.

Outdoor Amenities: Our new exterior landscaping and recreational programs will not only beautify your surroundings but also offer new ways to relax and connect with the outdoor environment.

Safety and Security Redefined:

Campus-Wide Security: Your peace of mind is paramount. We’re integrating comprehensive security enhancements across Campos Plaza II that include increased security cameras & guard coverage, creating a unified, secure environment for all residents.

Engagement and Respect: Resident input and engagement are at the heart of our community-based approach. Our management is committed to ongoing engagement, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. We respect and value your input, making it a key part of our decision-making process.

Rethinking Resiliency:  Our team will carefully study the flood elevation and flooding patterns on site with a goal of mitigating future weather events that impact residents.
